Present The 7th Great American Jeep Rally

Baystate Jeepers North East Jeep Origanization NEA

Jeep enthusiasts have been traveling from all over the northeast to show their appreciation for Jeeps of all kinds – military, antique, new and old, stock to heavily modified. We offer hourly raffles and trophy awards for street, beater, military, antique, off-road, and others. In addition, attendees may test their Jeep’s articulation on one of the RTI Ramps and play in the Rock Garden just to name a few of the events the entire family will enjoy throughout the day. Food vendors, vendors selling Jeep ware, local organized wheeling clubs, and a TreadLightly! informational booth will also be readily available.

The mission of the Rally is to raise money for charity and continue its efforts in supporting the Northeast Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs (”NEA4WDC”). In addition to the NEA4WDC, this year’s Rally proceeds are going to support the Somers, CT Emergence Fund and the Florida, MA E.S.T.E.A.M. Program.

The Somers Emergency Fund has been used for fuel assistance, temporary lodging, food vouchers, help with an electric bill to prevent shut-off, and any other cry for help from a citizen that comes to the Social Services Director with a legitimate problem. The Fund is fully supported by donations.

The Florida, MA E.S.T.E.A.M. Program provides after-school activities and projects on a myriad of subjects involving art, technology, sports (i.e. skiing, basketball, speed ball), games, drama, and many other activities that are identified through input of the staff, students, various committees, and community members. The program is run by parents and volunteers from the community while materials and supplies are funded through grants.

The NEA4WDC was established in 2001 and currently has 18 member clubs with a combined membership of over 3,000. Its mission is to protect and promote environmentally responsible Off-Highway Vehicle recreation, while maintaining a harmonious relationship between OHV enthusiasts and landowners. To support and educate Local, State and National agencies in the preservation of OHV recreation.

The members of Baystate Jeepers, Northeast Jeep Organization, and the other member clubs in the NEA4WDC have been enjoying Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation on permission granted land over the last several years. These clubs and others like them have removed tons of illegally dumped garbage from our natural areas. Our members practice the principles of Tread Lightly!®, respect private property and always leave with more than we go in with.

Please join us on Sunday, September 21st at the Four Town Fairgrounds, located in Somers, CT from 9AM to 3 PM. For more information, please contact us.

To help make this day a grand adventure, you can volunteer to work a couple of hours by contacting Mark.

Join us for another fun filled day of the best and worst Jeeps from all over the northeast. Parking inside the grounds is limited to Jeeps of all types but all 4×4 enthusiasts and members of the general public are encouraged to attend and support our mission. You never know what surprises the Rally holds in store for you!
